Positive: Located within easy access to public beach and on the edge of Old Town, restaurants etc. Easy to locate. 6 apartments with a delightful shared roof top terrace- all extremely well equipped, effective air conditioning, elevator, thoroughly clean and generous provisions to get you started. A genuine, welcoming and professional host and very competent staff. Communications were prompt and very informative.

Negative: This is not a criticism of the property. Generally Kalkan is a beautiful destination but with extremely steep streets. Plan your walks accordingly.

Summary: Quiet sophistication. Book if you can!

Positive: We self catered so breakfast was not served. saying that the lady owner would bring us tempting Turkish food to try at breakfast time. Loved the location, the cleanliness, everything we needed was provided, the Terrace was beautiful for breakfast and drinks before we went out in the evening, the view is amazing.

Negative: Nothing it was perfect.

Summary: Went above and beyond what we expected, would definitely recommend.

Positive: Newly decorated. Modern and comfortable. Great location in the old town and near the beach etc. Fantastic views from the rooftop terrace. Ferhan, the host, was very warm and welcoming.
